Vittorio Cornaro is a Swiss national born in 1972, who joined Cornèr Bank in 2004 as head of the Private Banking and Markets divisions. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2008, and as CEO in 2016. Prior to joining Cornèr Bank he had worked for Merrill Lynch in London from 1999 to 2004, specialising in equities markets and the bank's own trading activities. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) and a business administration degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Alessandro Seralvo, a Swiss national born in 1963, joined Cornèr Bank in 1999 as head of the payment cards division, officially known as Cornèrcard. He was appointed Executive Vice President in 2008. Before joining our bank, he held positions with Sandoz from 1988 to 1995, with Clariant from 1995 to 1997, and with GEHE from 1997 to 1999, in executive, administrative and sales roles. Alessandro Seralvo was a member of the board of Visa Europe for many years. He holds a business administration degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Christian Torriani is a Swiss national born in 1970, who joined Cornèr Bank in 2007 as head of the Internal Audit department. In 2010 he was appointed CFO, with responsibility for services in the Corporate Centre division, and in 2013 he was appointed as Executive Vice President. Before coming to Cornèr Bank, Christian Torriani worked for KPMG in Zurich from 1996 to 2000, and for Credit Suisse Group from 2000 to 2007. He holds a business administration degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Mr Ivan Curcio is a Swiss citizen born in 1974. He joined Cornèr Bank in 2001 as private customer consultant. He was appointed Managing Director in 2013, with the responsibility for the Private Banking division, and Executive Vice President in 2022. Before joining Cornèr Bank, Mr Ivan Curcio had attended a post-graduate training programme at Citibank Private Banking (Lugano, Zurich, London). He holds a university degree in economics from the Bocconi University of Milan.

Riccardo Dericci is an Italian citizen born in 1974. He started his apprenticeship in Cornèr Bank in 1990 and in 1993 he joined the Credit department. He was appointed Managing Director in 2013, with the responsibility for the Credit and Commercial division, and Executive Vice President in 2022. He holds a Federal Diploma in Banking Economics from the Centro Studi Villa Negroni in Vezia.
